Change of mind purchase, we accept returns up to 14 calendar days. The product must be in its original and re-saleable condition and proof of purchase provided. Store credit note will be provided.
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Polar bear portable ice baths that have been unboxed can not be returned or exchanged due to our strict hygiene policy.
Faulty items will be exchanged or a refunded upto 12 months from date of purchase. Proof of purchase required.
